GenomeQuest High Throughput Module

Users looking to compare, analyze and report on multy sequence searches can add-on the GenomeQuest High Throughput Module. Consisting of two components- GQ High Throughput Extension (GQ HTx), and GQ High Throughput Reporting (GQ HTr) - the module empowers sequence information specialists to access and analyze sequence data in-line with today’s high-volume sequence information output.

GenomeQuest High Throughput Reporting (GQ HTr)

GenomeQuest HTr empowers users to submit up to 1,000 sequences at once into the GenomeQuest web interface. Then organize, analyze, and report on results from multiple sequence queries.

GenomeQuest High Throughput Extension (GQ HTx)

GQ HTx provides command-line access to GenomeQuest core functionalities, right from your desktop. GQ HTx enables users to facilitate “all-against-all” sequence database searches via a Linux-based client that sends commands directly to the GQ server. Initiate workflows for a keyword search, to fetch specific sequences of interest, to launch sequence searches, to analyze search results and to generate reports. All functions are performed on the GQ architecture; results are returned as reference ID's for further analysis. Call-up detailed results only when you want them.
