GenomeQuest Orientation and Training
GenomeQuest offers on-site and on-line training workshops for companies with a diverse set of users, or who require or desire face-to-face personalized training. Our training sessions include expert instruction from experienced bioinformatics staff, concentrated sessions that explain to users how to use the software to its full potential, exercises and interaction with GenomeQuest experts to help solve real-life problems in biology, and hands-on intellectual property searching.
In-House Database Integration Services
We can assist your bioinformatics team in integrating your proprietary sequence data into the GenomeQuest web application. Your company’s own data will be fully integrated using the GenomeQuest Content Manager, and accessible so you can experience all the functionality available through GenomeQuest including keyword and sequence search functionality as well as creating search reports.
High-Throughput Annotation Services
We have the expertise and technology to search large sequence collections against the biological and patent databases. We will consult with you to create a work flow that produces the results you are looking for. For example, by incorporating prior-art and freedom-to-operate status as a part of the initial selection criteria for a large number of sequences, you can start to work on the most promising ones first. Once our experts have helped defined an optimal workflow, we will provide the search results in a format that will make it easy for you to work with. For example through a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format or through the easy-to-use, GenomeQuest web application interface.
