Resnick was appointed CEO in 2010 and has solidified the company's leadership position in the intellectual property and agriculture markets and led its expansion into healthcare. He has extensive experience building and growing innovative technology companies in life sciences. Resnick led GenomeQuest products and services operations from 2008-2010. He was previously CEO of Mosaic Bioinformatics, which was sold to NetGenics. Prior to Mosaic, Resnick was global bioinformatics software head for Wyeth, and, before that, a member of the Human Genome Project under Eric Lander at MIT. Resnick holds an M.B.A. from the Sloan School at MIT, an M.S. in Computer Science from WPI, and a B.S. in Computer Science from UMass Amherst.
Dr. Codani provides GenomeQuest's technology vision and direction. For over a decade he has been a leading innovator in the development of the core technologies used to implement GenomeQuest. Prior to his association with GenomeQuest he lead a four year research program on large scale sequence search at the French National Research Institute for Computer Science and Control (INRIA). Before that he was instrumental in developing the computational tools necessary for the physical mapping of the human genome at the Genethon/CEPH.
With GenomeQuest since 2001, Dr. Heus' role has evolved from field application scientist, working directly with customers to solve immediate problems, to his current role as vice president of product management & professional services. Dr. Heus holds a PhD in human genetics from the Erasmus Medical Center, Department of Clinical Genetics. With over 15 years experience in genomics, including at NV Organon/Akzo Nobel, he brings expertise and invention from all fields critical to the company's products and customers.
As chief financial officer and chief commercial officer, Deirdre Aubuchon is responsible for GenomeQuest's worldwide financial and sales operations ensuring that the company maintains the revenue and financial infrastructure necessary to successfully execute the company's strategic plan. She brings to GenomeQuest over twenty years of executive leadership helping to build fast-growing technology companies. Aubuchon most recently served as Deploy Solutions' chief financial and operating officer when the SaaS company achieved five consecutive years of more than 50% annual revenue growth while earning both local and national Best Places to Work awards prior to selling the company to Kronos, Inc.
