He has extensive experience in sales and business development roles at a number of companies serving the pharmaceutical and biotech markets. After building successful sales teams at DNAStar and Oxford Molecular, Bayliss spent several years in the U.S., leading the sales effort for GCG (Accelrys) and Viaken Systems.
