GenomeQuest can quickly and accurately align and annotate your reads from your Next-Generation sequencer. Contact us if you want to take the challenge.
All you need to do is to fill out the short form below (fields marked with an * are required.) GenomeQuest will contact you to consult with you to understand your scientific workflow needs and further discuss details of the program. Once qualified, you need to provide your next-gen sequence data in FASTA format.
After alignment/annotation of your sequence data using our HS3 algorithm, we will install your database on the GenomeQuest Live! server where you will be able to search, browse, sort, group, classify, and visualize your data, for 30 days at no charge.
Those willing to allow GenomeQuest to publicize the details of your experience in promotional and educational activities will be granted an additional 60 days free access to the GenomeQuest platform.
