Antibody Optimization Workflow

GenomeQuest workflows package all bioinformatics details -- including the reference data, the queries, the algorithms, the interfacing to third party tools, the compute environment, and the results -- into an easy-to-use upload/compute/discovery loop for the researcher.
About Workflows

The Antibody Optimization workflow performs an IP search for CDRs. It accesses the proprietary GQ-Pat reference database and includes a Patent Statistics Report.

Three CDR sequences of the light chain of an antibody were searched against patents. This VENN diagram, produced by GenomeQuest, represents the number of patent documents that have matches to various combinations of the three CDR sequences.

With an exhaustive QC process, the GQ-PAT database is continuously built and released every two weeks. Data from various patent offices, publicly available sequence databases, and web resources is processed in our proprietary automated pipeline to make the sequences and all annotations searchable in GQ-PAT.
